Returns and Refunds

Important: To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please follow the guidelines below:

Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for credit providing they are not soiled or damaged in any way, and that we are notified in writing within 10 working days of delivery. We will credit the value of the returned items less the cost of return carriage and less a 25% re-stocking fee. No refunds or replacements will be considered until the original goods have been thoroughly inspected.
Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded after inspection provided that we are notified in writing within 10 working days of delivery. Any warranty given will commence from the date of the invoice. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any consequential loss arising from the use of the faulty products will be accepted.
Many items carry a Manufacturers Guarantee and on such items details are supplied with the product on who to contact.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
