Prices on the website are Ex VAT by default but we do add the VAT on at the end of the order. 

Trade customers benefit from discounted rates the more you order the lower the price per unit.

LBS will not be beaten on price so if you find a better price somewhere else we promise to match or beat the price if we can.

The LBS website uses the very latest security systems, including data encryption and SSL (Single Socket Layer), to ensure that user information is completely safe. 

Once your order has been placed, provided you have supplied a valid e-mail address, a VAT receipt will be e-mailed to you. 

You can select to deliver to a different address when going through the checkout process. 

If a product is delivered by the supplier, this information is displayed on the product page with an expected lead time for your delivery. We usually quote a minimum of 2 weeks for any product that is supplier delivered, however this can vary from product to product, please call our sales line on 01282 873333 to confirm lead times with a sales representative. . 

There are currently over 5,000 products available to order online, which represents practically all of our product range. In order to protect minors and ensure we comply with relevant legislation, we do not sell age-restricted products online. We do not specify which of our products are age-restricted, but they include items such as knives and solvents.

To get your account activated online so that you can order on your Trade Credit Account please email our website support team at or ring on 01282 873383.

Yes, you can request a credit account application in the My Account section of the website or ring our switchboard on 01282 873333 and select the option for Accounts. 

You can request a brochure online or download the brochure once you have registered in the Downloads section of the website. 

Any items that are missing from the delivery must be reported to the Customer Service Team within 5 working days of the delivery. A replacement or refund will only be provided if the POD was signed to reflect that there was a shortage within the delivery.

If you would like to arrange to return an item, please contact the Customer Service Team.

If the item is faulty, we will arrange to have the item collected and this will be inspected prior to a replacement being sent or a credit provided.

If the item is damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or a credit providing the POD was signed to reflect there were damages.

If the item has been ordered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the return of the item. Please contact the Customer Service Team who will provide the reference number.

All goods are inspected on return to us and we reserve the right to deduct charges for any item that is not returned to us in the condition that it was dispatched.

LBS Worldwide Ltd. must be contacted within 30 days of receipt of any items for the business to consider any return or refund. 30 days or more will not be considered under any circumstances.

If you see our products cheaper elsewhere - tell us and we'll do our best to beat it. (On a like for like basis)

When the order is placed, we will debit the funds from your account overnight directly into our own this is to allocate and guarantee the stock. We are also able to cancel or refund individual items on your order should this become necessary, please be aware the funds could take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

If for any reason we cannot fulfil the out of stock items on your order within the allotted lead time displayed within the product when ordering you are entitled to a refund on that product, please speak to our customer services department on 01282 873333 to pursue this further
