We only accept orders placed directly via the website; by fax, email, post; or via the telephone using a range of payment options. We guarantee that your personal information will be kept private and secure; we don't sell or rent information to any third parties.

Placing your first order

Ordering is so convenient – browse our categories, check availability, and fly through the checkout with just a few clicks of the mouse.

How to Order

Ordering from LBS couldn’t be easier. Using the menu buttons on the left hand side of the screen browse through each product and select; this will add the product to your basket, and we will then tell you what is in stock and when you can expect it to be delivered. Once you have entered your payment and delivery address details we will confirm your order by email, giving you an estimated time of arrival and any further instructions needed.

If you have our current printed catalogue, you can type in the catalogue number into the keyword search box, which you’ll find at the top of every page. Then click Search and you’ll go directly to the product page - you’ll then be asked the quantity, before adding the item to your basket.

If you want to browse through a selection of items, type a keyword such as planters, or trays, into the keywords box "Click Search" and all the items matching your keyword will be displayed on screen. From there, you can refine your search until you are happy with the selection displayed for you to choose from.

Click on the category link at the top of the page, then choose the type of product you want. Click on items for more details, select the quantity you need, then simply add it to your shopping basket and take it to the checkout!

To help us process your order efficiently, please include clear delivery instructions and order numbers where appropriate.

They can also put you in touch with one of our Horticultural sales team for further advice on products, prices and availability.

Our depot is always open for collections by trade customers. Please call in advance so that we can expect you.

Shopping Basket

Viewing your basket allows you to clearly see any items that you have added to your basket. You can add or delete items as you wish. Once you are happy with the items in your basket, simply click on the Checkout button.

Please Note: The items will remain permanently in your basket until you either convert your basket to an order or you choose to delete them yourself.

Forgotten Password

Enter the e-mail address associated with your LBS account, then click Continue. We'll email you a link to a page where you can easily create a new password.

Has your e-mail address changed? If you've forgotten your password and no longer use the e-mail address associated with your LBS account, please contact us either by phone or email so we can update your records.

My Account

My Account is exclusive to LBS Trade Account holders and is your very own space. Once you’ve registered, make sure you sign in every time you visit so you can really get the most out of shopping with us online. It’s completely secure, and to register you just need your email address and password. You’ll be able to check your order history, make secure payments, order even more quickly, enjoy exclusive special offers and much more!

Security

Every on-line transaction made is processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt information such as personal details and payment details through The Comodo Group.

We take the issue of security very seriously and have taken every step possible to protect you.

Payment Options

When is my credit card debited?

When the goods are dispatched, we will debit funds from your account overnight directly into our own. If certain items in your order are out of stock or unobtainable we will only partially debit your card order. We are also able to cancel or refund individual items of your order should this become necessary.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Orders are dispatched immediately when using this payment method.

Cheque / Postal Order

Please send your cheque or postal order to us together with your order. Should you need any help with this, please contact the office who will raise a proforma invoice for you.

Bank Transfer

Shortly after placing your order we will email you a Pro Forma Invoice including our bank details. You should use the bank details to make payment electronically via your bank. If ordering by telephone we will fax/post a Pro Forma Invoice. Your order is dispatched once we receive cleared payment.

Account

A credit account may be opened upon application. A completed form (available on request) should be returned together with signed conditions of sale. Subject to trade and bank references being acceptable an account will be opened and a credit limit set.

Please note trading accounts take approximately 2 - 4 weeks to set up. We regret that 30 day accounts are not available to private individuals.
