Free Mainland Delivery

All orders placed on this website over the value of £125 now include FREE standard delivery to UK mainland addresses only (excluding certain North Scotland post codes – available on request). Non-UK mainland delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, Shetland Islands and certain North Scotland post codes are available but will be subject to an additional charge.

Signatures

In all cases deliveries will require a signature on receipt of delivery. If no one is available to sign for your order we advise to give an alternate delivery address which can be completed on our online order form.

Delivery Times

When you place an order, we'll estimate dispatch and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. Dispatch date estimates are shown in the order form. After placing your order, you will see dispatch and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

We will however endeavor to complete delivery within 5-7 working days unless otherwise advised, but no liability can be accepted if circumstances prevent this. If we fail to deliver within the timescale advised, you may be entitled to a full refund. Claims for consequential losses arising from late delivery will not be accepted.

Ordering Items With Different Availabilities

Option One: make one delivery when your complete order is ready

Choosing this option means that we will wait until we have all the items in your order before dispatching any of them. For example, if you order one item marked as "Usually dispatches within 2 to 3 days" and another marked "usually dispatches within 4 to 6 weeks", we will dispatch both to you when the latest item becomes available.

Option Two: deliver ordered items as they become available

Choosing this option means that each item you order will be dispatched as it becomes available. Your delivery charges will increase, but to save you money, we make an effort to dispatch items as soon as we obtain them while not making any more deliveries than necessary.

Non-UK Mainland Delivery

We are more than happy to deliver our products to non-UK mainland delivery addresses such as Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and Shetland Islands but there will be an additional delivery charge.
