Quality Policy Statement

LBS Worldwide Limited quality commitment is to supply the highest quality products and services that deliver real business benefits and provide complete customer satisfaction at the most economic cost. Our aim is for continual improvement through the involvement and participation of all levels of management, employees and other interested parties.

LBS Worldwide Limited believes that all aspects of its operations should be carried out in such a way as to have minimal adverse affect on the environment with minimisation of potential environmental impacts associated with site activities ensuring adequate management and disposal of waste.

We will continue to assess our activities, products and services with respect to the impact on quality and the environment and incorporate those controls necessary to prevent environmental damage and pollution, meeting regulatory requirements, and to continual improvement.

To meet this commitment, the company has documented, implemented and will maintain a quality management system which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008, ensuring that it is appropriate to the expected level of customer satisfaction and includes a commitment to continual improvement.




The following quality objectives have been established, communicated, understood and implemented at all levels throughout the organisation:

  • To maintain out commitment to a quality system in line with our business needs. This is measured by the number of audit nonconformities.
  • To improve customer satisfaction. This is measured by the results of satisfaction reports and valid complaints
  • To introduce new services and product lines to existing customers, measured by information in the data bases
  • To provide and constantly improve high quality support to customers. This is measured through the customers satisfaction and complaints processes

This policy is regularly reviewed at the annual management review meeting for suitability and effectiveness, addressing continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
The company will ensure that all employees are aware of this policy and their individual responsibilities within it by an appropriate programme of training and awareness enhancement.
