How to use the www.lbsbuyersguide.co.uk website:

Click on the Login button (top right hand side of home page) and log in to the new website using your unique username and password.

Use the menu buttons on the left hand side of the screen (under “browse products”) to browse through the categories and products at leisure, then click on “Add to Basket” to add products to your basket. You will be advised what is in stock and when you can expect it to be delivered. Once you have entered your payment and confirmed the delivery address details we will confirm your order by email giving you an estimated time of delivery and any further instructions needed.

The website is a new and additional method for you to place orders at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your existing support contacts remain unchanged, therefore you are still able to contact us during office hours by telephone, fax, post or email.
