Dunweedin Playground Rubber Chippings
Product Description
Dunweedin Playground Rubber Chippings - Superior play area safety that outperforms other materials & lasts for years !
These rubber chippings create a natural bark appearance that is safer than slate or gravel. Made entirely from 100% recycled tyres -granulated into rubber chippings, then coated with a water based, fade resistant colour - 100% safe for all !
1. Make a pit or frame to required size, ideally treat area with weed killer & cover with a permeable membrane for future weed control
2. Choose your required depth - usually 100mm per m2 will suffice - BS EN 1177:1998 guidelines for impact absorption.
3. Spread rubber chippings evenly, making sure any rigid framework is well outside the likely area of fall - then let them play !
NOTE: 2 x 10kg bag will cover an area of up to 1m2 approx
