Overhead Irrigation Systems for 21ft Wide Tunnels - On all our overhead irrigation systems we now use 30cm downtubes, anti-drip devices & bridge-less nozzles. The down-tubes ensure all the nozzles hang true and prevent the supply line itself becoming wet & dripping. The anti-drip devices open & close instantly when the pressure goes up/down on opening & closing of water supply. This prevents dripping & dribbling at the start & finish of watering and keeps the spraylines primed for instant, simultaneous start-up. The revolutionary bridge-less design of this low volume sprayer prevents dripping during watering.

10 and 14 wide tunnel irrigation kits are single line systems, whilst 18 to 30 wide tunnel kits are two line systems. For heavier rainfall & even greater uniformity an extra line can be added (with a slightly longer manifold) to larger systems. This, however, results in increased water loss at the sides & is rarely required.

Our overhead kits contain all the parts needed to put together your own tunnel irrigation, including: 50mm O.D. manifold, 32mm O.D. pre-drilled (M11 x 1.5mtr) spraylines, PVC ball valves on each line, threaded end caps, brass snap coupling connection, glue & all necessary suspension wires, tensioners and hanging cord.

If you prefer pin nozzles, mist atomisers or any other type of sprinkler, your requirements can be easily catered for. Likewise, if you dont require down-tubes or anti-drip devices they can be omitted & the price deducted.
